I am not very technical and wanted my site to be faster so I was recommended the LItespeed plugin from a lot of friends and even my hosting company recommended it. My website was slow, but thanks to the litespeed plugin and all the excellent help I received from the team at litespeed my website is now very fast. If you want your website to be faster which is very important for google ranking then you need the litespeed plugin.

Very good software with great service

We have been using LiteSpeed for our WP website for quite some time now. And after correctly adjusting all the settings, the result is significant. We also use the QUIC CDN which generated significant improvements as well. Recently we ran into some issues with the crawler settings, but LiteSpeed Support, which was very willing and capable, didn’t stop until out issue was resolved. I would easily recommend it to anyone looking to improve their website performance.

Shocked at how fast my server is now

I’m honestly shocked at how fast this system has made my server and all of my hosted sites. Previously, I set up all of my own caching plugins and not only did I fail to implement caching effectively, I frequently broke dynamic content. Litespeed has my system so well set up that I can downsize my server and probably cut my costs in half. I’m super grateful for the set up and all of the support. It took a little bit of adjustment, but man… super satisfying.

Very happy with the LS Cache plugin support. Had an initial issue which was investigated and resolved promptly by the support team. When you combine all the functionality with the quic.cloud CDN its a real winner. Certainly does what it says it will do, consistently serving up faster web-pages. Lots of configuration options so you get to control exactly what it going on with your website. Highly recommended ++++

When an issue does arise the support is super fast and extremely knowledgable to fix any and all issues. Litespeed is an awesome free caching plugin. It will definitely help fix some speed and site issues. And I’ve personally only ever used their free version, and yet they’ve always been willing to provide great support whenever it’s needed. Thank you so much and please keep up the great work!

Litespeed. Fast websites and fast service.

I am really impressed with Litespeed. It comes free with our hosting so we were able to cancel our paid plugin. It has drastically increased our web speed on 2 sites. After setting up I did have a couple issues. I set up a support ticket and was super impressed with the speed accuracy and follow up to make sure my issues were resolved both times.

Great customer support

I’m using the lightspeed cache plugin for my wordpress page, which is the best plugin I found that actually improves my pagespeed a lot in a quite easy way without completely messing up my website. I had a small issue though which I couldn’t fix, so I contacted the support. The customer-support-team replied really quickly, the reason for my problem was a little hard to detect but the team invested a lot of time to help me fix the issue. Also, they were really patient with me since I didn’t really know a lot about the issue and the different plugin settings and in the end, everything works fine now. Thanks a lot!

The web is still full of poorly engineered and optimised business websites, which is great news for anyone who knows what they are doing and why they are doing it. Like many small agencies, my reputation depends on the success of my business clients’ websites – when they’re successful, I am too. While there is plenty of nuance, the bottom line is this – speed = money, bookings, sales, and awareness.

I’ve tried every optimisation tool and technique under the sun (e.g. WP Rocket, ShortPixel, WPMU, etc) – but at the end of the day, I also need to be profitable, so my solutions need to be easily implemented, highly-effective, well-supported, and affordable. Since I started managing my own server farms, those things are important more than ever – and that’s what I got with LiteSpeed. It’s now a staple dev tool for speed and optimisation efforts – because it works. Yesterday’s site came up 100% for both mobile and desktop on Google PageSpeed, that’s no small potatoes. It was this site that I was working on all day yesterday when I ran into some difficulty with one issue. After a 14 hour day, I had all but given up on the idea of sorting before tomorrow when I sent out my SOS to LiteSpeed for input. I never counted on a reply so bloody quickly – less than 1 hour (after hours too), with a simple solution (of course), so I came back to implement it – that’s when I got my Google PageSpeed results – what a result!? Great timing, Jackson – a big thank you for that and the reason for my review today.
